Job Description
To make the telephone calls to clients given to offer Home Credit Cash Loan and Credit Card cross-sell product
To persuade and motivate clients to buy Home Credit products
To answer the client’s queries and to handle their objections
Based on client’s agreement to buy, support to sign the contract by using Home Credit digital platform
Set up the appointment with clients and Sales Agent at POS to sign contract
To record and to daily report Team Leader or Supervisor the call activities
Require to hit the daily, weekly, monthly targets as agreed
