Our client, a global publisher and developer of mobile games and apps, is seeking a qualified candidate to join their firm Esports Campaign & Tournament Management Strategic Execution:

Design and implement comprehensive marketing roadmaps to elevate esports events and competitive initiatives.
Cross-functional Synergy: Partner with internal departments to ensure all esports activations are seamlessly integrated with the broader game marketing vision.
Growth Tactics: Formulate innovative promotional strategies aimed at scaling player registration, maximizing viewership, and deepening community involvement.
Content & Unified Communication Asset Development: Direct the production of high-impact esports collateral, including cinematic trailers, official announcements, and targeted social media narratives.
Information Governance: Oversee the end-to-end communication flow for tournaments, covering everything from registration logistics to real-time updates and final results.
Brand Consistency: Maintain a unified voice and messaging standard across all digital and competitive platforms. Analytics & Strategic Insights Metric Monitoring: Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) related to campaign reach and tournament participation.
Optimization: Translate engagement data into actionable insights to refine and enhance the effectiveness of future esports programs.

Requirements: Minimum 2 years of demonstrable success in managing full-cycle strategic marketing initiatives.
Holds a bachelor’s degree from a top-tier institution or possesses significant equivalent field experience.
Deep-seated passion for football and the gaming industry is an absolute requirement.
Expert in navigating complex project lifecycles, including risk mitigation and quality assurance (QA); highly skilled at fostering synergy among Product, Creative, and Legal departments.
Proven track record of conceptualizing high-level communication strategies, establishing structured delivery timelines, and guiding multidisciplinary teams to fruition.
Possesses a data-driven, analytical mindset with a commitment to staying ahead of industry benchmarks and innovations.
Capable of managing a high-volume workload with precision while meeting deadlines in high-pressure environments.
Bilingual proficiency; able to negotiate and present effectively in both English and Vietnamese.
