Responsible for general HR & Admin: Recruitment; C&B; Employee Relations; Training Management, Organization Development (building processes/ regulations and company policies: organization chart, OGSM objectives, KPIs, functions and tasks, job description, SLAs and performance evaluation of units in the company; planning & implementation of all company events and staff welfare activities…) and Administration Mangement of the company, etc

Responsible for supervising and supporting recruitment plans/ activities and employee relation of bank, included Head quarter at HCMC and Branches/ Transaction offices nationwide; - Managing and developing recruitment sources via online and offline channels, etc.
